Plans so far are to get some money together getting rid of the garage and basement full of parts i have. The car runs but the clutch inop and needs interior and body work. After i get it running right, it will be piece by piece till i can restore it back to showroom condition. Its still on the trailer at work so no pics yet. i will keep everyone that's interested updated. Thanks for your support, Brian.

Well, a lot more rust and problems than i though. This one is going to be a once a week driver for now. Finished the slave cylinder, belts, exhaust, oil change tonight. Wheel bearing next week and then i can take it home. Wish i could have tonight but at the shop it sleeps. Still looking for another. More to come..........

So 2nd and 3rd synchros are toast on top of all the electrical problems and rust. got my dogs to the vet this weekend and to the bank to cash my paycheck. other than that, i don't know what else to tell you. So sad how people take care of their nice cars over the years.

Good luck, I wouldn't mind picking up a SC, but everyone around here thinks they're freakin' Corvettes....way too overpriced.

;)

your going to spend a bunch more paychecks on that car and as for wanting a summer project, you have succeeded including a project that'll extend into the spring, winter, and fall

I'm going to try to get pics up here tomorrow. I'm serious considering selling my tbird now. I wanted a cheap project car but this body is more than I'm willing to deal with right now on a tight budget. If anyone is interested, I have $1800 into the car, including new slave cylinder, 3 new belts, new rear tires and fresh semi synthetic oil change. Brakes, battery and clutch are good. I've put about 200 miles on it since I bought it and it drives fine and the engine is strong. ALL known problems are rusty rockers, rust on fenders and undercarriage, 2nd and 3rd gear grind going in but double clutching will get you where you need to go. Check engine light comes on and goes off on it's own but I haven't scanned it yet. Half of the power options do not work but the windows and sunroof open and close fine. Paint is rough at best. Make me an offer if you are interested. I have a lot of extra SC part to go with it at the right price including bumpers, side skirts and more.

I'm in a little town called Elburn, West of Chicago. I took some pics today now that it was finally nice outside. I will try to post them or I can send them through email.

I guess I can not post pics on here. If anyone is interested in pics, please let me know. I would like to sell or trade asap to start a new project car with summer right around the corner. Any daily drivers will also be considered. Please let me know if anyone is interested. Thanks for looking, Brian.

Well, this weekend, I traded my 95 SC for a daily driver Ford Taurus. It will be going to a good home, all to help finish another 95 SC project car. Now the search starts over again for another project car.;)
