Ok, new pulleys came in today.
Will install them asap.
My next question is -
On a 95 4.6
How close to the TB can I put the MAF?
Can I put it right in front?
I want to get rid of the pancake thing on top of motor
and just run 3 1/2" pipe direct
I have CAI right now with the filter under the front bumper
but I have a shaker hood scoop that I'd like to install
and put two filters inside so it is more like ram air

Next suggestion

Consider using message titles that give some hint as to the content of the message. That way people who can offer advice on the topic might actually read it.

For instance a good title for this one would have been your question "How close to the TB can I put the MAF?"

Not sure on the distance for the MAF, but you may have trouble getting the 3" pipe to clear the hood where it goes over the fuel rail. Might have to dimple that spot a bit.

As far as the "ram air" goes, I'd just put a screen in it and call it a day, or not even cut them out. There is really no benefit to opening those up except for maybe reducing underhood temps a bit via the increased air flow.

oh, I don't know of any restrictions on the location other then you need to keep the PCV location downstream from it? but then what do I know... i'm not all that familiar with the 94~95 intake setup.
