Those are Analog cellular type, so no way to make it work.

With analog service down, I don't know if they can even make emergency 911 calls.

But, I'm sure there's a way to hack the guts into making the phone a Bluetooth device. That would be kind of retro-cool.

Cars a would be better off now with that type of phone, no texting, mapping, no emailing, no aping, etc.....

Phone rings, pick it up, almost.

No passing a douche bag face down in their phone, going 20 below the speed limit in the left lane of I95.
