My car has got a little over 100,000 miles on it and today on the way to school the heat just wasn't kicking out like it should, it was almost cold. Any ideas???

I replaced the T-stat today after this happened but no luck.

I have never had the Head Gaskets done, and I don't think they are blown YET cause I didn't see anything in my oil or antifreeze.

I hear the blower motor running and can feel air being pushed out so I know its not the blower motor.

What should I try next???:leftright

Water Pump?
Flush Rad again? (Just did this in the summer)

I'm going to check the passenger side floor board tonight, to see if its wet.

Thanks,
Brian

The water pump being bad would should up as an engine overheat not a lack of heat in the car. If your thermostat is opening (the gauge moves up to normal) then water is flowing and you need to check the climate controls. You maybe should be looking for a vacuum leak or electrical problem causing one of the air routing doors to be open when it should be closed or vice versa, or though a lot less likely a clogged heater core.
