Bought another ram. 140k miles, near perfect interior (already ordered the bezel), no rot, and came with a couple things I already wanted done.

Got it for $2k. I dont think I could ever find a better truck anywhere near that price range.

Not trying to one up Wile .. but I just traded to a new(ish) 2017 Dodge Ram work truck today to replace my 2007 Silverado that had 270k miles on it. This is my first Dodge .. 🤭

Better photos of the interior restoration. Seat bottom fabric has been replaced. Of course it doesnt match properly but Ill leave that just to UV damage.

Also ordered a new headliner, since thats one of the last pieces needed to make it feel like new.

Appointment to finally register it is on the 19th. Pretty excited.

So I joined the crowd. Came up for sale from a buddy whos had these for a while. 17x9s in our bolt pattern. $300, so happy birthday to me.

They have a few scuffs, which for now Im gonna leave. They match the rest of the car. When the car gets painted Ill probably paint the wheels my graphite color.

In the mean time, Im now trying to get rid of my early SC wheels...

I havent installed them yet. But they came off a 90 SC and he hadnt mentioned modifying anything to get them on.

Then again, his is stock height while mine is just about slammed.

Wheels on. Fit just fine upfront. Certainly need to get new tires this summer, and looking at different center caps. Not a fan of the cobra ones.

Those center caps look like the wrong diameter anyway, they shouldn’t be sitting on top of the wheel surface, but flush with it inside the hole

What offset are they? Cobra Rs are the most replicated Mustang wheel so they came in a huge range of specs, no telling how one will fit compared to the next, my front Bullitts are 17x9 with a +30mm offset and they seem to be the sweet spot for that diameter/width in terms of spindle clearance and not completely sticking outside the fender

What I was told is that the fronts are 30mm and the rears are 20mm

Youre probably right. They arent put as far as I was hopping. But at least they arent super sunk in either.

The center caps I have have Ford logos and part numbers on the back and are 2.5in. I measured the wheels opening and its 2 3/8, which I cant find. I can only find 2.25 or 2.5.

Hoping to get just silver ones with the Ford logo, or ones that just say SVT.
