Mods please move this to the exhaust forum

as for the question personally it doesnt sound to bad until you get on it then it sounds like a swarm of bees taking off its really annoying. If you want good sound i would go for a dual setup. Do a search and youll find tons of threads on setups

dont do it, i did it for clearance issues but this is only a temporary fix and i cant hardly stand the crappy stock car sound i get.

yeah, don't do it. When i cut...umm....when my third cat went bad and i had to remove it ;) I drove around for a while with the exhaust dumping where the 3d cat was, it was LOUD!! and dronned alot!. Also lost a lot of low end power. I would imagine it would sound almost the same with it dumping at the rear of the car.
