When i start up in the morning as soon as i put the car in gear (either reverse or drive) I am getting a tinny sound like two tin pie plates spinning together. Goes away in neutral or park and goes away after the car warms up.

Fluid looks good and I have always had a big cooler on the tranny so it has never been hot.

Any Ideas.

mine made the same noise for a long time and than the TC gave out.

Excellent news Torque convertor is good as gold. Vibration was coming from the Catalytic convertor.

Good to hear it I did just reply to your message glad you got it figured out. For future reference I do not read any forums at all very often anymore it is best to call me, I keep late hours.
