Some folks here have posted that they turn the wheels (to the right, I believe), and better access to the filter is obtained...

Others have stated to turn the hose clamp on the steering fluid line out of the way.

Some of us have done it so often that we know the "path" well enough to do it in our sleep....

Try a search here, and see what you find!

Good luck to you!

where does that put the Filter.....i don't understand???

remote kit...

a. adaptor for conection on block
b. hoses
c. adaptor for the filter.

Attach A. to block, mount C. and connect A to C via B.

pick your location. If the filter sits upright, fill it with oil to help prime the system. Check the galleries page to location ideas.

Works Great. Here is where mine is mounted. You remove the inner fender liner, get it all mounted and tested Run it some and re snug the lines, then put the fender liner back on after a opening on the bottom has been made to allow access to the filter for future removal.
