The oil pan drain plug drips oil. I had it replaced, and it still drips. Is their some other type of plug I can use to stop the leak?

I've don't think I've ever seen any washers on a drain plug, and I do at least two or three oil changes a day (I work at a shop). I've seen drain plugs with rubber gaskets and whatnot but I can't remember any time where I've seen a washer. Am I just retarded and blind or is this a common occurance?

I had to get a new one and I am pretty sure it had some sort of rubber o-ring on it. It was a replacement directly from the dealership, not autozone or o'reillys. The original one had a washer with a rubber seal on it.

The drainplug is supposed to have a fiber/nylon or rubber washer. Get one and it should stop leaking.
Do you guys know what size the washer should be ?
