I've rebuilt my 93 SC and am only getting at best 30PSI.

Today I replaced pressure relief valve and pump gears (oil pump kit form Advance). After which I primed the system with my Black and Decker 18V (single speed) drill and the most I got was 25PSI. Is this normal/ok or do I have another problem.

In rebuild I replace all mains, rods, and cam bearings. Though I will say in laying them out I did get 3 and 4 mains reversed (did not torque them down but had crank in postion with with swaped) could the have damaged them?

Currently getting 20-25PSI with drill.

Before I serviced the pump was only getting 30PSI with engine, currently unknown what is with engine, stopping in present position.

Pressure did raise with RPMs and was not erratic.

yeah... my 4.6 when warmed up idles at about 55PSI and sits at about 80 when cruising at 70MPH (about 2300 RPM). That's at temperature. When not at temperature she idles at about 75-80 PSI
