I've always had good luck with Painless products.

Maybe you should look for an OEM relay box at a wrecking yard.

I used the Summit brand fuel pump relay setup in a race car I used to have. I never had problems with it, but it also wasn't exposed to weather. Some silicon and plastic wrap might be all it needs...
