A few years ago I had purge flow sensor and some of the evap hoses replaced due to a P1445 code. Well, the same code popped up again a few months later so I had same work done again under warranty this past Summer. Now, for the 3rd time same code again.

Reading a bit sounds like the sensor is known to go bad, but after only a few months seems little peculiar. I am pretty sure the actual purge evap canister is the only thing that has not yet been replaced....wondering if that could be causing sensor to go bad prematurely???

I replaced both the purge valve and flow sensor with BWD. The purge solenoid failed shortly after I replaced it, and then again within the 1 year warranty. The sensor has been fine on mine. It's possible that the OEM flow sensor was never bad, just replaced it since I was in there.
