I have an old Npi block that I wanna build up and was wondering where would be a good place to find some pi heads that won't cost an arm and a leg. They don't even have to be complete either I will take just the heads with no cams if that is all I can get.

You could try modular depot, they have a specific section for mod engine parts.

Yeah, it really is no big deal, i got my windsor valve covers from a salvage/rebuild comp. here in town, for the timing cover i got some studs and bolts that fit. (oh, and you may have to drill your timing cover holes slightly bigger) no biggie.
