I have 255/50-17 at stock ride height. Is that good enough?

Thanks for the picture. That is one other size I am considering. I'm looking at:

245/50/17
235/50/17
255/50/17

None of those sizes have too many options unfortunetly. I figured there would be a few more choices with the 235/50/17 as they are OE equipment on the Lincoln LS? So I guess if anyone has pics of anyone one of those three sizes with stock ride height, I'd appreicate it.

I think you'll find the 235/50 both too short and too narrow to look right on our cars on 17" wheels. The 255/50-17 is more common than 245/50-17 is. I have the BFG G-Force KWDS on mine. They were like $130 each from TireRack.

Yeah right :D I paid $800 total for my 245/50/17 BF-G Comp T/A's; but that was for the tires, mounting, balancing and warrenty from Discount Tire

245/45/17 that come on Mustang Gt's are common enough...too bad nothing is very common with our cars, except the engine

Try a search on ebay the 245/45-17 Tires for the Mustang are pretty common on there and I have seen them going for $290-$400 + $75-$80 shipping and handling. Some brands are Kumho, Yokohama, Bridgestone and Goodyear
