When I decided the headlights on my 96 marquis needed to be cleaned up, I used the sandpaper and polish trick. It did a great job, but took forever. Well, this time I decided to try Meguiers Plastix.... and the results were great!!!! I spent 6 bucks on the cleaner, and 20 minutes on the project.... my lights are crystal clear again and I still have plenty of polish for my brother's lights and more.... yay!!!

I agree, I bought a bottle a few months ago and it worked very well. You don't need to use a whole lot ethier to clean the headlights.

Once you are done, cover them in wax.

i did that, still didnt really work, it did good gettin rid of 13 years of yellowness. What I should have done was take rubbing compound to it after the bleaching.

Clear plastic cleaner is what I used. Same thing, I guess. Works well for the price.
