Hey, my dad just got a used f250 and is having this problem. He went to get it inspected and it failed. This is the info he gave me on the truck and why it failed:

2002 Ford F-250 Super Duty

61,000 miles

Triton 5.4 V8

OBC errors during emissions inspection:

Oxygen Sensor & Oxygen Sensor Heater "Not ready"

I have driven the car about 60 miles last night after I bought it and 40 miles after the inspection problem. I then brought it back and the issues still remained.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like not all of his moniters are ready.Just keep driving it and see if you can get them to reset.

I bet there was an issue that the previous owner never told you about and he probley unplugged the battery to clear the code untill you drove away with it.
