I have a 94 4.6L. sometimes I'll get white smoke out of my exhaust, also my mufflers have oil in them. One mechanic told me it was the seals and O rings.

I don't know much about cars, but I want to know what else it could be cause it doesn't really use a lot of oil. Also how can I check to see if this is the problem.

Thanks

94-95s have a leaky valve seal problem that causes some smoke

Do you get the smoke when you idle for a while, then go (sitting at a light, then gas it to go)? Classic valve seals on pre-96 4.6

ya, bangster. that sounds about right, not every time I take off but that's mostly when I see it.

I'm asking about this, cause I'm going to be selling my Tbird as I'm going to school in sept and I need to figure out just how messed up it is, so I know how much to sell it for.
