Make sure it's a .jpg, I had issues with other file extensions. Some of my Firefox apps seemed to prevent uploads too.

What browser are you using? That's the only thing I can think of. I just uploaded a pic and it worked

I'm using FireFox, so I tried it with Internet Explorer and still get nothing!
Must be the pictures.

(Edited)
I tried loading up just any picture and still nothing, so it's not the pictures.
In the picture upload box, there's Select a Photo File: then the Browse button . Next to that No File selected . Does everyone else have this?

The file size was too big.
The file size is 3 MB which is HUGE!
The dimensions are 4288 x 2864 pixels which is 59.5” x 39.78” in size! HUGE!
I re-sized it and upload it for Joe. Color corrected and lighting adjusted with Lightroom 4 – No charge. LOL
In the future just resize to 1024 x 684 pixels or so and it’ll upload.

Thanks Ron!
When I had XP I was able to resize pictures no problem, anything you know of for Windows 7? I didn’t even think of the picture size!

You're welcome.
You can use Paint to re-size.
Start - All programs - Accessories - paint
Once the photo is open in paint:
From the file menu in paint you can drop down the menu and select properties of the photo and the properties will tell you what the current size is.
There's a re-size tool on the tool bar.

I recently installed Imageresizer on my Win7, going into paint takes too damn long if I'm uploading multiple pics.

Yea, I figured there was another app out there for that but I didn't know what to recommend.
I use Lightroom or Photoshop to re-size mine.

Well, I did a Goggle search and found out I can resize pictures with Windows Live Photo Gallery in Windows 7. Going by Ron's suggestion, I've been resizing them Medium 1024 X 684.
I think I have a lot of work to do!
