Does any body know what size torx socket is needed to remove the 3 bolts that hold power steering pump?

On a Tbird the three bolts that hold the PS pump to the engine should be 10mm head. Not Torx.

I think that I had to use a ratcheting wrench on one of them.

Tried a 10mm fit real loose, started to round, tried 3/8 6 point broke the socket. These are froze on. Soaking with penetrating oil.

Is your car a 4.6 V8? I should have asked that originally.

Ok, I apologize. I incorrectly assumed that you had a 4.6. You'll need comment from someone who has the 5.0. That isn't my area of expertise.

Thanks, I think I may have found out what I need. Called an E Torx socket to get them off, maybe E 10.

Finally got it off making a trip to Harbor Freight. Using an E 12 Socket gets them off on our 5.0 Thunderbirds.
