I have a 1984 Honda Nighthawk CB700SC "S"... It has an adjustable suspension. (front and back) The rear has 2 dials, they say 1 - 2 - 3 - 4. And the front shocks have 1 knob. It also says 1 - 2 - 3 - 4. The numbers are settings. Now what I was wondering is does anyone KNOW what the most firm setting and the most soft setting is? I was thinking 1 is soft, and 4 is firm.... but hell Its a guess. ANyone know? Thanks!

I don't know, but I can tell you how to find out easily. Set the front to 1, then take the bike for a ride and do a few hard brakes using your front brake only. Then switch the front setting to 4 and do the same thing. You should notice a big difference and be able to tell which setting is firm and which is soft. Hope this helps,

Kenny
