I bought a Griffin aluminum radiator awhile ago and it works great. I created my own problem by pushing down too hard on the cap when opening and closing it and i have scored the surface of the filler neck. I have also bent the edges downward. It took awhile to realize what i had done and where it was leaking from. The cap no longer makes a good seal withe the radiator and leaks when warm and under pressure. I have tried a different cap and bending up the edges which didnt work. Any ideas on fixing this besides pulling the radiator and taking it some where?

Griffin

Hello

I too have a griffin radiator. Racing radiator, twin 1" core.

I dropped a different one that hit the cap area.
took it to a radiator shop & they fixed it for me.

Didn't cost to much.
