I'm good friends w/ a ford service mgr. I was talking to him about gettin a super chip for my car, for the simple reason of eliminating the top speed limiter. He suggested i bring it in for a calibration update to that of a 2003 crown vic intercptor. He said the program that he's gonna put in has been upping the top speed of prior year interceptors from 124 or so to like 132. Anyone see any problem w/ doing this? Thanks

Don't do that. I would get a extra computer for your car and send it to jerry at fordchip.com and have him flash it and give him the info on you car. I am sending you a pm respond.

well first of all the pinout may be different, second, there are different sensors between the car, and third, you can send it to J and get something much better than just eliminating your limiter.

Send it to Dennis, Jerry does his work as well, but I had better luck with him than Pete.
