Tonight I worked on replacing my rear shocks with the cobra shocks. I purchased the shocks and the bushing kit.

Can someone tell me if the following is correct:

reuse the existing bolt, not the one from the kit (the new one seems to be a very loose fit)
reuse the existing nut, not the one from the kit
use the new washer from the kit

The shock came with the lower half of the top bushing attached. The install kit included a different bushing. I should remove the bushing and use the one from the kit right?

Ok I spoke to Dan this morning so I'm answering my own questions.

Yes reuse the existing Thunderbird lower bolt and nut. Aparently the Cobra has a different set up here and therefore the different bolt.

The bushing in the kit is the same as the one that comes on the top of the shock. The kit is intended to be used for replacing bad bushings and hardware so there are some redundant parts when doing the swap to an mn12. Also I was mistaken there is no new washing in the kit.
