Hello all.

Help needed to identify the correct part.
Unfortunately I have not yet found any diagram which would illustrate this part.

The part seems to hold the rear subframe in place. Part is bolted just under the chassis and rear wheel arch. Some kind of big about palm size bushing between this needed part and subframe.

Tried to explain as good as I can :)

Need a new part for mot inspection and get my Tbird road legal again.

I have some bad news; those bushings are long out of production.

The only replacement parts are either Delrin or Aluminum.

Jay hasn't been around lately, but Bill at SCP has some as well.

Sorry to hear you're having problems, but this is a pretty common problem at this point.

The good news is that the Knuckle and LCA bushings are available in poly.

The steel stabilizer brackets are still available from Ford as far as I know, I assume that’s what you’re describing. If it’s the bushings and top cups you need grog is correct that they are no longer available.

E9SZ 5D022 A and E9SZ 5D022 B are the part numbers for the stabilizer brackets

The bad news is the subframe bolts in the center will probably break when you try removing them, as I can assume rust is why you need these brackets. The bolts will have likely seized inside the bushing sleeves.

I completely misread the OG post, sorry.

I could not bring myself to 'like' those pix; damn, I'm lucky to live where I do.

I bet the OP sees even more snow than you do, Matt!

No, the rear stabilizer brackets are simple round cups, they don’t bolt to the frame rails like the fronts do.

If you’re talking about the top cups also in the pics I posted, those are different parts, and obsolete, but they are the same all around.
