I am having engine problems with my Nissan. So I have to get this Tbird back together ASAP as I have no vehicle now.

Went to install the new Raybestos rear swaybar bushings, and discovered that these things dont seem to have the "slit" in them like the front bushings and all other swaybar bushings I have ever seen. Do I need to cut them to install, doesn't seem right that I should...

Are they too tight to slide in from the end?

Yeah I am pretty sure I will screw them up sliding it over the squarish part where the endlinks connect. Its not even close even after smashing it down squarish. Looks like I have to cut them.
