These 3357 bulbs don't seem to last nearly as long as other types. I found a 3357 LL (long Life), I will try them. Has anyone found a substitute for these?

Autozone sells led modules that are A direct replacment for about $8.00 each, they should last forever
I question how bright they are...LEDs can be VERY bright, but not for $8...

If you do get these, please post night pics.

They are real bright, they jam 12 leds into each module and I checked on price today they are now sold by the pair for $14.95 at autozone with A ten year warranty. They are also available in 1157 type lamps, same price. RD.

I've got a pair of the Jamstrait 3157 LED.

I noticed two things.

1) It is brighter, but only in a small pattern. LED's don't have the spread pattern that incandescants do. At night it manages to light up the whole assembly, but not during the day.

2) I'm guessing it's the stepping down of the voltage but the blinker goes into hyper mode like it would if one of your bulbs was out.

I've gone back to incandescant 3157s.
