I have a 1997 black cluster surround that I got from a junkyard that I want to put in my car, but the A/C register is detached from it and I need advice on what would be best to use to reattach it. The surround is in otherwise very good shape; much better than the one that was in the car when I bought it back in April (the original one was missing EVERY clip and screw that was supposed to be holding it in place)!

Has anyone ever reattached an A/C vent to one of these surrounds before (I'm sure someone has)? What is best to use - Superglue? Some type of epoxy that needs to be mixed together?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Dennis

I used a plastic epoxy that I found at Wal-Mart. I forget the name of it, but it was only a few bucks and it works pretty well.
