replace the valve body separator plate with a new one because the holes have been drilled bigger, and re insert the springs.

why would you want to remove a jmod??

J-Mod should be the first mod you do along with a good transmission cooler.

It doesn't sound like you even know what the J-Mod is.

J-Mod is just that - a modification to a stock tranny. If the tranny is stock, it doesn't have a J-Mod.

Please note that a j-mod HELPS the transmission. It will make it work better and live longer.
I can see no reason to ever undo one. I can see putting springs back in to soften shifts, but the modifications to the valve body should always be done to any 4r70w for a car and never be undone. This stuff should have been done from the factory.
If the tranny is stock, it doesn't have one as several others have pointed out already.
