1-Put a wrench on the tensioner. It is on the passenger side of the engine under the AC compressor.
2- Pull up.
3-The tensioner should release its preasure. You may need a big wrench, mine was on tight!
4-Wile holding up the tensioner with the wrench, use your free hand to work the belt off the pulley.
5-Now it has no tension and you can remove it.

JSGAuto,
I would love to know how your P&P goes, and what results you get, I think that this is the next thing I do. (Got a leaky Valve cover to get in there for anyway)

Sure. I am going to set a basline with my car on the 1/4. Then I will swap on the new intakes and see what happons. My best advice would be to get an extra set of intakes from a junkyard. P&P is very time consuming. It isn't somthing you can get done in a weekend.
I have been taking longer then I wanted with these since I got the SC and I broke my dremal :(. But hopefuly it will be done soon.
