I have a 94 cat, I notice, with no keys in the ignition, the black part turns very freely. I'd like to fix this, is it a separate part, or does it require a new cylinder also?

Is it something that could be fixed with epoxy or super glue?

It is the ignition lock cylinder. In order to get the correct key you have to do some measureing of the old key, unless you want a different key for the ignition and one for the doors. There is a thread about it on this site. I believe it is a sticky. After you get the ignition lock replaced, you need to get the rest of the key cut to the door locks.
