Is there somewhere that I can buy replacement rockers? Mine are rusted beyond belief and I would rather replace them then cover them with side skirts.

I believe this was just recently discussed. Ford has stopped making them but I think there are still a few available. They are high dollar though.

i'd just cut it out, use rubber undercoat, and put sideskirts on there... easy peasy.

If you are ever over in Windsor, a company called Cross Canada Body Parts carries these. 539-00L (left side) 539-00R ( right side). They can be purchased through NAPA or Canadian Tire.. (there probably is someone in the States that carries this line as well)

SURE and when the car starts bending in half becasue of the lack of support , you will have a junk car. its not a body on frame construction where you could get away with it . its a structural part of the car

oi? didnt realize it was a unibody. hmm.. well maybe just find a junker and cut out what you need?
