I have a set of PI heads... Cast # RF-XL3E-6090-C20D
Cam has Cast # XL3E-6C255-B7B Cam # might be off a little...

Winsor or Romeo??????

The valve cover holes seem to add up to 12.. I thought it is either 11 or 13/14..
it looks like my 96 bird covers will not fit these heads.....

What year are these from????

Thanks for any help....

I'm no expert, but looks like a Windsor to me... can't tell you what year, though. I would guess 99-01 or so.

Here's a Romeo head:

Romeo valve covers have 11 bolts. Two of which are in the timing cover.

easiest way to tell once the valve covers are off is to look at the cam main caps. if they are all separate, it is a windsor. if they are connected, it is a romeo. The head at top is definitely a windsor.have to get the valve covers with the driver's side oil fill.

Thanks for the help guys....I would then assume that the valve cover also bolts into the timing cover and would give me my 13/14 valve cover bolts........:)
