I'm trying to get a meet together for the people here in SA as well as the surrounding areas....maybe even Houston....hehe

Carin and I are working on it. She knows some people at "Howl at the Moon" for the late night adventure, I'm trying to get something together for a TBird car show. It will be a small event I know, but at least we can strut our stuff!

I know a few people at a bar/restaurant here in SA that would be willing to help us out, discount on food and whatnot, and just have an overall good time.

If anyone is interested, let me know, I will pursue this venture. Hope to hear back from you guys.

I was in San Antonio a few weeks ago - where did we go? Howl at the Moon. It was a blast! However, my car needs work before a road trip like that...

But you might be able to persuade me to work on yours ;)

This month is definitely out for any trips. But it might be nice to cruise out there next. Heck by then Don and Mike might have their cars done......naaaaw.

Don't you have a mini strip to run the cars on too?
I need to whip up on Chris and all his mods some more.

I was kinda going for next month or march...which ever is more convenient. I might be able to get the strip for that time too...just gotta see what the Snap-On guy thinks. They usually rent it out once a year...maybe try for 2....IF we get enough interest.

There is one on I-10 as you go into San Antonio. I think it took us 15 minutes to get there from the hotel.
Right. I used to go down there and run when I lived in Austin.

Let's summarize: There are two strips between Houston and San Antonio. The one in Sealy is 1/8 mile, the one just outside Seguin is 1/4 mile.
