So driving to work an hour ago and stoped at a stop light, ac on, light turn green and half way throug the light get a lot of somke through vents. Stop imedieatly shut car off and open hood. Serprntine belt webs every where. So i assumed that is was just old and died, not, the tensionar arm pully is hard to turn. Is this right or not? Is this a hard fix? ( the poully?)

The pulley is shot.

Simple fix, as long as you have a breaker bar with 1/2" lug.

The pulley on the tensioner can be replaced without removing/replacing the tensioner.

It is the same EXACT pulley as the idler, and should cost around $11-$13

Had to refresh my memory, and go look at mine.......

Take the three bolts off that hold the tensioner unit in place.

Then you will have access to the bolt.
