ok guys today i notice that when shifting from 2-3 or 3-4 that theres is a little vibration and a little stutter nothing real bad but i can feel it. so when it happens i let off the gas and it stops. it only happens when im going real slow through the gears. if im going about 3000 through the gears it never happens, and it doesnt happen ever time. what would be the best thing to do about this?

Torque converter shudder due to transmission fluid breakdown. New Mercon V fluid will cure the issue.

So should i take the car some where and have it flushed or drain the tq converter and drain the pain. And i haven't checked the plugs and wires but i did replaced the plugs couple months ago.

It's best to drop the pan and replace the filter, clean the magnet, and replace the fluid. Getting a flush doesn't accomplish all of that.

Mercon V, and only Mercon V. Anywhere between 10 and 12 quarts, depending on how much you get out. If you don't drop the valve body you might only need 8-10.

Im having the same problem and changing the fluid is in my near future. I am not a big transmission guy so my question is how do you get the fluid out of the TC?...I can figure out the filter and stuff, just wanna know what to expect when getting the fluid out of the TC..

The stock TC has a drain plug. Crawl underneath and pull the rubber grommet out of the bell housing then use a socket to rotate the crank clockwise until you can see the plug.
