my engine starts after 3-5 sec. (in hot AND cold) I think that's slow. (battery/starter/distributer are oke) Anyone else has this problem? or a solution???

The first thing that comes to mind...

Fuel Pressure??
What if you let the key stay at run for 2 sec
and then turn it to start?
Mine takes longer to start if I don't wait for the
Fuel Pres. gauge to go up to 40 PSI...
Take ½ sec or something...

Spark Plugs?

Bad battery?

Just some quick idea's

If the engin is turining slowly you have a voltage problem, could be a batt, or aloose gound. If it turns at normal speed but takes longer for it to start its most likely a fuel prob
