I have a 95 3.8L tbird and I got a 5.0 out of a 94 Mustang... I am searching for the replacement pulley and the places I have called around don't make them anymore.
Anyone know where I can get one? I am fine with ordering from the states if I have to I just NEED it.
Also what did everyone use to plug the two back holes those brackets on the tube sat in? Is there a plug kit or do I just try and fill it?
Trying to finish putting this thing together so I can enjoy it!

Don’t bother, just route the belt from the alternator, over the tensioner, and down to the crank pulley.

If your talking about the holes in the back of the heads there is a certain size bolt that fits in there and you should be able to find a short bolt to block those off. Just used a liberal amount of Teflon when I did mine so exhaust wouldn't leak out. I left the pump in place as my pulley since there is little force needed to turn it with no tubing behind it.
