Finished the install added fluid and went for a drive. It appears that the trans is stuck in manual second. When it cools down I'm going to check the alignment on the MLPS switch. Any other ideas on what it could be? I think the repin is correct. I used the Tbird TCC solonoid. No flashing OD light. Trans is an 01 mustang with 12K on it

Update

I got it figured out. When I repinned the connector a couple of pins didn't lock in place so when I plugged it in they pushed out the back and weren't making contact. Runs great now.

You say you repinned the connector, did you replace the pins with new ones or
did you just take it apart. I have a read TSB that mentions a kit to repin
connectors , is this what you have?

tim put a mustang tranny in his car, and you need to change the pin orientation to get it to work in the tbird.

Tim if you have a couple scans of the actual pinouts that would be awesome.

I just used the one in Jerry's article. THe 94 one is oriented looking in to the connector the 98 and up picture he has is looking down from the top so you need to think of it as a mirror image. I'm sure I could render one though
