Searching this answer would have resulted in the answer, 13lbs.

Or you can hand torque them until "snug" is also appropriate.

The stock NPI heads are more forgiving than later PI Heads. PI heads have 4 threads (can't recall if later year models revised this or not). If you over torque spark plugs in a PI head, they'll blow out.

I did search but found different answers. ended up going with 12 ft lbs. Didnt think i was going to need wires but i think i do now. After new plugs she idles with a slight skip. Double checked the wires and they are correct to the firing order. Tomorrow ill be doing wires. got caught up doing my water pump also today
