just got 4-7U5T-18808-BA speakers and pigtails ordered . to replace my old ones.
what sort of vehicle did they come in. they will be a direct fit for factory ones.
one of the pigtail wires is marked speaker return. is this positive or negative.
i have the e and v manual and am audio and electrical challenged. thank you
for any help.--irv

I see a set on eBay and it looks like it came out a 2015. The factory speakers have a pigtail of their own, might need to do a little creative wiring to make them work. :whistle:

Return should be negative. Source is positive sending out current. Return is completing the circuit. Solid is positive. Same color with stripe is negative as well if I'm not mistaken (correct me if I'm wrong). Been awhile since I messed with stereos, but it's fun when you know what you are doing.
