What all is involved in a speedo gear install?

I had the rear gear changed in the bird and they ordered and installed the wrong speedo gear. I am sick of dealing with the idiots there and I have decided to install the gear myself unless it is going to be a major undertaking. If anyone can shed some light on this matter please let me know.

Thanks
Christopher

It's very easy to change. Honestly, the most time consuming part is getting the car up in the air. It's in the tailshaft of the transmission, and is held in with one bolt.

Jack car up, support on jackstand(s)
Unplug electrical connector, remove bolt and pull sensor out.
Pry clip off shaft, slide old gear off and new gear on, reinstall clip.
Insert sensor, install bolt and electrical connector.
Lower car.
Done.
