I just picked up a mint OEM spoiler on ebay for $30! (The two-post one)

The only problem is, it didn't come with the rubber gaskets; Are these still available from Ford? Anyone have a price/part number?

Also, any help with mounting location? I tried to search for it, but all the topics on this subject had invalid picture links.

Open up your trunk and look at the lid from underneath. On the right and left you'll see some holes. 2 of them on each side. Thats where the screws are gonna come from on the spoiler. Atleast thats how it is on my 97.

Just for clarification, I dont ahve a spoiler put on yet, but thats where the factory has it marked to go

Not that I know of, haha. I'm pretty sure that you need these to prevent water from getting in the trunk, and to stop the studs from rusting up.

another idea is to go buy some rtv and use that. another extra idea is to go buy some rubber exercise mat and cut it into shape and use that.
