Well I may have screwed myself. I "sold" the front shont springs and struts on my parts car, and now that I want it hauled away, is there anything thing I can do to keep the front end from hitting the ground? Like wedging a 2x4 or something somewhere....

how about a piece of pipe. it sould sit on the shock tower and hopefully the bump in the lower arm where the shock bolt is will keep it from sliding off the arm. of you have a torch or plasma you could notch the pipe slide it over the arm and put a bolt though it.

maybe something between the upper arm and shock tower also/instead of

Thanks. I went into our "pen" looking for some metal pipe, when I saw an old 2 ton jack (small one). Put it on one side and it worked, so I got another jack for the other side.

*patent pending biatches
