I replaced the junk inner tie rods that came with the remanufactured rack from Rack Doctor and noticed the boots / bellows were full of power steering fluid. The rack has only been in the car 2 years.

Has anyone successfully replaced these faulty rack seals causing leaks like this with the rack still in the car?

Has anyone had luck with power steering stop leak in this situation?

You'll never get the middle seal(which will leak out the driver side when bad) out without special tools, which happen to cost about the same as a new rack. The rack also has to come out for it. The passenger side one is easy though, I think that side alone could be done in car IIRC, been a while since I took apart one
