I have been looking over all the peronal web sites on TCCOA. I have seen mention of 70mm TB as an upgrade and A 80 or 90mm MAF. What do our cars have stock as far as TB and MAF? What should I get to make my bird scoot a bit quicker? With out blowing something or with out making it fail smog in california. One other thing, what is the bigest TB and MAF I can go on stock fuel system?

70mm = stock

The stock MAF is 70mm.
The upgraded 70mm may be a result that the center support of the stock MAF is missing (see MN12 performance.com pages) and a larger sample tube is made.

The TCCoA tech article on MAF presents the basic dynamics of what the MAF does and what are effects to changing the system (MAF, TB or injectors).

Remember, the three basic principles to performance are:
1) GET AIR IN
2) BURN GAS
3) GET EXHAUST OUT
