i was goin to the gym thursday night, was raining a bit, and very cold. so maybe some ice to. but there was a 94/95 v8 bird behind me at the l ight. i was like sweeet. like turns green we both turnin right, me in a 90 caddy v8 go, tires spin of course :D , and as i finish the sharp turn left i see the tbird hehehehehehe. he is tryin to go, i see rear tires spinning faster and faster, then when he gets traction on the turn u see his rear end whip out, i though it was the funniest thing in the world :D sometimes fwd is just better

OOOOOH YEEEAAAAHHH!!!!!

I took the GM to work Thursday night, came out with a niiiiice 2" of snow on the ground....I quickly volunteered to give a few co-workers a ride home....wanted more driving time before they cleared the roads!!! haha.....Definately fun.....Hill climbing in a 4,000# RWD brick is awesome!!!! Gotta love the rear end whipping out every turn....walking it up steep hills......the sound of the V8 revving up and the tires spinning faster and faster....... :D :D

I can't wait till the next snowstorm.

i hate fwd in the snow.. not cause its "less fun", i find RWD more predictable when traction is lost, and i was always able to keep traction and control better when i drove rwd cars. id rather have the rear end swing out on me than my front slide out on me... oh, and ive had fwd stuck where a rwd had no problem.. -greg

when i still have my lincoln town car 88 last 2 years, i use it to slide around corner at my apartment complexes in order to turn because using normal slow down and turn the tank will just understeer until one time it hit the curb. after that i just use throttle to make my turn around those tight corners and never hit any curb since. by the way its fun seeing on other peoples face when they saw my turning with the big tank.
