I just don't see the reason to moderate something that happens on cool summer evenings on the interstate. Organized street racing is one thing, "playing in traffic" with a SN95 owner is another.
I'll give you this one. I've never actually thought about street racing, I've always thought racing to be done at the drag strip. Though WOT to the speed limit isnt always a terrible thing
Not to be a party pooper or anything. But this site is slowly dying. Interest in these cars is only going down. And unless Ford decides to bring back the Thunderbird at some point I see no way that this club will get any more popular. I love this site, and there's no place better to get help/info on our cars. But its a losing battle.

I don't know how Ford bringing back the Tbird would help TCCoA. Unless Ford decided to dust off the MN12's tooling and release a very dated new car:tongue:
Update: We've gotten some feedback from Autoguide on redesigning the homepage and getting the site / forum made smart phone friendly. Hopefully we'll see those changes by the end of the month ... or the end of the quarter ... or the end of the year ... :zdunno:

Maybe it's me, but I've not had any problems browsing the forums on my Android phone (a Samsung Note II). OTOH, I feel like throwing my phone through a brick wall every time I've had to fight to use the 'mobile' features on the Dodge Dakota forums I'm on (and don't get me started on Tapatalk's so-called user interface!)

x2.
No problems on iPhone / iPad. In general, I avoid "mobile site" and always switch to "full site". e.g. Amazon, eMay, Rockauto.
Never had any problems. This site may be outdated, but overall it's running smoothly.
A full restructure from top to bottom would be the way to go, rather than making it mobile friendly for the non "smart phone" users.
Maybe ppl are smarter next time around.!

Good thing, they are handling this site well, it seems.
Hopefully we can do something about this place becoming so dreary, here recently.
My only complaint is that my iPhone won't let me put more then one quote in a reply post on threads. And that's either because it doesn't recognize it, or I'm ignorant to the ways.
Either way, I stick by my previous statement, I'm here to stay.

You need to quote the first person, then copy that text from the message body. Quote the next person, paste the previously copied text into the message body, and repeat - if necessary.
Actually if you click the multiquote buttons(between quote and quick reply) and then click post reply on the left, all the posts you clicked will be quoted in the advanced reply area.
