Ah, I see what you did there. So that's what you were putting the list of membership benefits together for ... I thought you were going to list them some place else. Thanks for incorporating some of my suggestions.
You might also want to add Lifetime membership as an option at the rate of $200, which was the cost for that membership level previously. Don't forget to set that one not to auto-renew!
If we are talking about suggestions, could we ax the pictures at the top of the forums? Most are not t-bird related anyway. Taurus Car Club (one of your other forums) has a nice garage function, let's do that instead.
For those who are already or have recently purchased a club member, you will retain the club member status on your profile up until your one year subscription has expired. Then that is when you would use the new method to acquiring the club membership through the forum.

Well as of right now, this forum is at 3.6.8 vB. Typically we like to stay with 3.8 vB as anything higher (ex: 4.0 vB) have a lot more bugs reported from our previous experience.
I will check with our tech is this is something we can add in our agenda for TCCoA.
I will also check if our Autoguide App plugin would be compatible to the current vB version.

I might be opening a can of worms, but I had a couple questions regarding the ownership of the site/domian versus ownership of the club itself.
Up until now the two have been very closely related, but are they necessarily one and the same?
Obviously the site, domain name, forums and its operating expenses and revenues are now in AutoGlide's hands. But does that prevent the members from reorganizing a formal club structure? AutoGlide owns tccoa.com, but does that mean they also own TCCoA - the club?
I'm just thinking that the website itself should not be the complete extent of the TCCoA - but rather an online extension to activities and events nationwide. With active management and interest, I think it could become that. Step one is determining how much freedom we have in that respect...
Are you inquiring about image hosting on the site? If so, it will remain the same but it is now under our db and servers. So that means bigger bandwidth, etc to handle all the hosted images at ease.

TCCoA the domain and forum is under our handling. We won't take away the club or any sort of activities, events, etc just because we are TCCoA is now under Autoguide. We would actually support it to an extent depending on the event presented. So you guys are still welcome to run the club. As you said TCCoA is an online extension and we are here to keep that going.

Could somebody possibly fix the issue where when typing http://www.forums.tccoa.com in the address bar it brings up the actual forums and not the blank page that says "IT WORKS!" this is a very recent new issue.

yes, I know....firefox has no issues, IE auto adds that stuff back in no matter what...and windows 8 is horrible, I guess that's not the fault of TCCoA

I use Chrome myself so it syncs to my Nexus 5, Nexus 7FHD and Transformer TF300t. I tested in IE and it didn't add it by default, and all of my computers have been Windows 8 since it came out so this has nothing to do with the OS.
I typed in "forums.tccoa.com" and hit enter, and it took me to the right place. I then typed in "www.forums.tccoa.com" and hit enter and got taken to the place you are talking about. Then when I tried to type in forums.tccoa.com it gave me the auto-complete option and even if I typed the whole thing in. To fix on your end click the gear and go to Internet options and on the general tab click "delete". Select only "History" and delete, etc, etc. Then just don't type in "www.forums.tccoa.com" again.
But yes, adding a record to the zone file to point to the correct place will help any others that do the same thing.
Not the "best" option but looks and sounds better than what we had. Definitely a lot simpler than self ownership, as far as ads like I've said before if they are automotive related I see no problem.
I just ask that we be able to keep "frame" size as is (or selectable) I hate being forced to scroll around too see every thing (like http://www.taurusclub.com/).
Marco, when you get a chance, please confirm the larger (140 x 100) avatar size for Lifetime Members. I just tried to upload a 113 x 100, 3.41KB Avatar and received an "Upload of file failed" error message.
