I just ask that we be able to keep "frame" size as is (or selectable) I hate being forced to scroll around too see every thing (like http://www.taurusclub.com/).
Now you see why we restrict the size of avatars and ban signature images. The only place you should have to scroll is in the picture threads if someone posted something that was too large. It also appears their graphical menu bar in the top right of the forums is another cause for scrolling on that forum. Basically everything is automatically resized according to your browser except for images, so if an image (or multiple images bumping into each other) go past the width of your browser, you have to scroll.
On that note: I've seen other VB forums that will auto-shrink an image and make you click on it to get the full size, that would be a good feature to have for the video/image forums just in case.
Interesting.... I'm a supermod over on TCCA and I know that Autoguide is not without some 'occational' issues. One thing to discuss here(for the mods/admin) is when the server does it's daily save. On TCCA it was at midnight which caused issues with members on the west coast for a couple minutes when it goes offline for it's save.
The good thing would be once the transition is completed you can view the site on the Autoguide app on your phone/tablet. Is there a time frame when this will happen? I don't see TCCOA in the list as of yet.

Avatars for lifetime members have not changed. It is still 140x100.
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 140 by 100 pixels or 25.0 KB (whichever is smaller). This is the message indicated at the bottom when trying to upload an avatar.
In regards of the sticker packet, right now they are not available as we are still in the process of designing a sticker forum that we can provide.
I will share with everyone once we have a sticker design and perhaps other site swag items which can be purchased.

I am still getting a "Upload Failed" message when I try to upload a picture from my computer, The last time I did this I didn't have to adjust for pic size,It did it automatically, I don't even see how to adjust the pic on my computer, I am kinda computer challenged sometimes...LOL
I will check on the upload failed issue. I am also going to ask our creative department to come up with a sticker design.
We could possibly use the design at the top of the site as well. If we can go ahead and upgrade it. We would need to update the software to update the homepage, have Mobile app access. etc. It also helps with security on the site.
To be honest, I had a difficult time finding where and how to access the club member registration. I am thinking to revamp it so it is easier to get to for new members looking to join the club or for those who are renewing.
We can also looking into a better package for club members such and perhaps decal sticker pack that will come along with the club membership.
I like the picture of the month or car of the month contest. I believe hosting monthly contest brings more interest to the community.
The homepage contents can be updated. We can have it auto fill base on trending threads, News, and articles posted in the forum.
...
A new sign up area for club members, club member perks and home page are all in my to do list.
How's that to do list coming? Club member registration is still very difficult to locate with no direct link from the home page.
I was curious if you guys (and gals) had something in the works and were waiting until a lot of changes were ready in order to upload a mass roll-out of updates. I really hope that is the case as the home page and every other corner of this site is desperately in need of a fresh look. All of the suggestions discussed above and an overall overhaul would really add to the appeal of this site.
It's been about two months now since the transition to new ownership was announced and I know you guys have a remarkable team in place to make these and many other great things happen for this site.
If you would consider any help, input or guidance into what we (the club) would like to see changed, updated or corrected on any site page please let the moderators know and we could work through it together. I know that several members here have the chops to help you design some cool club website pages and of course the knowledge to get the verbiage about the cars and the club right on those pages!
This went over a hell of a lot better than it did on FSB. Autoguide is not a bad to deal with, We have had a decent amount of help. The homepage updating after FOTY was the worst.
I can say that registering for this site was a bit of a bear to figure out, if its hard to pay up and become a member then I can wait until the issue is resolved.
