I've been thinking about getting a set of Cobra R replicas for this year in 17x9 and found this:

http://customwheel.com/custom_wheels/product_info.php/products_id/1177

Does anyone have any experience with them? Service/quality etc.? The site doesn't list if they carry them in our bolt pattern but I have sent them an e-mail and am waiting for a response.

When I add it to my cart it throws a couple extra things in automatically, most of which I don't need. However they toss "Wheel Installation Kit" in as well for $50; anybody know if I can safely hose that or is it something I'll need?

They score a big fat "F" from the BBB, so it seems: http://www.bbb.org/nashville/business-reviews/wheels/custom-wheel-distributing-in-goodlettsville-tn-37005285

But the guy I've been in contact with has been helpful. They don't seem to carry that wheel in our size but he said he was going to try and track down someone who does. We'll see.

On that thought, anyone know of any places that do carry a Cobra R style wheel, in 17x9, for our bolt pattern? I've asked Brad but he doesn't have any and didn't mention anything about ordering any in the near future.

Yes, yes... that is always an option. However the wheels I have currently I don't mind so much and I had planned on relegating them to winter use.

I'm sure something will turn up eventually. Not like I'm in any hurry.

For cobra R's? Those are the most common replica wheel available in the stock bolt pattern. Unless he wants OEM wheels the hub swap would be pointless.

That hub swap just is not all that simple. If you dont have a garage and the right tools. I think some forget that. Anywho......
